This facility was a ground up state-of-the art Women’s Center. The facility provided private LDR suites and five-star amenities. The Women’s Medical Center provides a Level III NICU for essential care of high-risk deliveries.
This facility was designed with a central mechanical plant housing centrifugal chiller, cooling towers, condensing steam boilers, primary/secondary pump systems and ancillary equipment. The building automation system is self-contained and functions throughout the entire campus while providing offsite access by the facilities personnel.
